Native balances, linking a payout wallet and sending funds out

Native balances

ETH, BNB and SOL won on the spin or earned from presale referrals accumulate as native balances, shown on the Withdraw tab and on the Overview with their USD value. They are real coins held in Arction's hot wallet on your behalf.

Linking a wallet

Link one payout wallet per chain from Settings or the Withdraw tab. The address is validated on-chain before it is saved and is permanent: it cannot be changed from the app, so double-check it. Use a self-custody wallet address, not an exchange deposit address that may require a memo.

Withdrawing

A withdrawal sends your whole balance for that chain from the hot wallet automatically, above the minimum: ETH 0.001, BNB 0.002, SOL 0.01. The transaction hash appears in your history with a link to the explorer. If the hot wallet is being refilled the balance is returned to you and you can retry later.

USDT prizes

USDT prizes from season leaderboards go to a separate prize balance. They need a confirmed email, a minimum of 10 USDT, and pass a manual review before they are paid, usually within 48 hours.

$ARCT

$ARCT cannot be withdrawn before the TGE. Your ledger balance converts to on-chain tokens at launch under published claim rules (wallet submission, anti-fraud review, possibly KYC).
