Is the money in the arena real?
Real mode uses funded USD and supports withdrawals to your linked native wallet. Optional demo mode has a separate balance and cannot be withdrawn. Presale purchases are separate from trading deposits.
What is $ARCT worth?
Before launch it has no monetary value; the site shows an indicative value at the planned listing price of $0.01 only so you can compare balances. Actual value after listing is set by the market.
When do I receive my tokens?
Presale and airdrop balances are distributed at the TGE on 1 Nov 2026, after the snapshot and claim rules are published.
I sent a presale payment and it has not credited.
Payments credit automatically once the transaction confirms, usually within minutes. If it was below the minimum it waits for a top-up on the same address; if it arrived after the watch window or outside a round, email support with the transaction hash.
Can I change my payout wallet?
No. One wallet per chain, permanent once linked. Contact support if you have lost access to it.
Why did my payout estimate change?
Pool estimates change as calls arrive until lock. One-sided rounds refund stakes. No house-backed minimum payout is promised.
Do I need an Arc wallet now?
Not yet. Sign in with X and play. You will link a wallet for the TGE claim when the snapshot and claim rules are announced.
Is Arction available in my country?
The arena and airdrop are open worldwide. The presale and any future on-chain markets follow the restrictions in the Terms; it is your responsibility to check the rules where you live.
