Terms of service

1. The service

Arction is a prediction game. Stakes are play money with no cash value. Rewards are promotional credits ($ARCT) and occasional prizes (USDT) recorded on an internal ledger. Nothing on the platform is a deposit, a security, or an investment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and not in a place where prediction games or the rewards we offer are prohibited. We do not offer the service to residents of the United States or to sanctioned persons. One account per person.

3. Rewards

Rewards are credited at our discretion under the product rules, can be capped, held for review or reversed for abuse, and $ARCT has no value before a token launch that may never happen. Prize withdrawals are reviewed manually and can be refused where fraud is suspected.

4. Your conduct

No automation, multi-accounting, fake proofs or exploitation. Keep your login, authenticator and backup codes private. Check every wallet address you give us; sent transactions cannot be reversed.

5. Our limits

We can change rules, parameters, odds and rewards, pause or end any feature, and suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. We are not liable for lost anticipated rewards, feed outages, blockchain failures or your own errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to prizes we actually owe you.

6. Changes and law

The date at the top shows the current version; continued use means acceptance. These terms follow the law of our place of incorporation.
